ATTORNEY RICHARD J. TROPIANO JR.

Attorney Tropiano graduated from Quinnipiac College in 2000. He was a Mass Communications major with a minor in History. Mr. Tropiano immediately thereafter attended the Quinnipiac University School of Law. He graduated with a J.D. in 2003 and passed the bar that same year.

Attorney Tropiano has been a practicing attorney since 2003. He is a present member of the New Haven County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.

Attorney Tropiano has participated in hundreds of arbitrations and trials throughout Connecticut. In the past year alone, he has recovered thousands of dollars for the firm's clients. Attorney Tropiano's philosophy is to get involved before a lawsuit is filed and personally interact with the physicians and the clients in preparing a settlement demand. Settlement demands are personally composed by Attorney Tropiano and are several pages long with multiple exhibits.

ATTORNEY ANGELA L. HERGAN

Attorney Hergan received her B.A. degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007. Ms. Hergan worked for the The Law Offices of Balzano & Associates for several years prior to beginning formal as practice of law. Ms. Hergan has engaged in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law and real estate transactions.

Ms. Hergan focuses her practice on divorce and family law litigation, including contested dissolution matters, custody and visitation issues, asset and property distribution and post judgment modification and enforcement issues. Ms. Hergan also represents minor children in matters where a guardian ad litem and / or an attorney for a minor is needed.

Ms. Hergan is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (Family Law Section) as well as the New Haven County Bar Association.
